By placing a booking with us, you warrant that you have the authority to accept the terms of these Booking Conditions individually and on behalf of your entire group.
LEGAL STRUCTURE & CONTRACT
Guate Magic Tour operates solely as an online tour organizer and intermediary. We do not maintain a physical office or branch. All travel services (transportation, guiding, lodging, etc.) are executed within Guatemala by certified local providers and personnel.
The services contract with Guate Magic Tour begins after a reservation confirmation has been issued and full payment has been received. By booking, the client accepts that this agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala, where all services are delivered.
EXPERIENCES AND SERVICE COMMITMENT
When you make a reservation and process payment, we commit to providing the travel experience exactly as described in the corresponding tour description and itinerary, using our certified local partners.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each specific tour or transportation service has its own detailed cancellation policy (Flexible or Strict). Please ensure you carefully read the cancellation terms provided for that specific tour before finalizing your booking.
CLIENT SAFETY
We are committed to providing a safe environment for the client throughout the tour or service. We take all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of all our activities and transportation, relying on the expertise and safety standards of our local providers.
PAYMENT TERMS
Every reservation must be paid within the timeframe specified to confirm availability. We reserve the right to cancel reservations that are not fully paid or paid within the specified period.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE OR CLIENT CONDITION
Guate Magic Tour reserves the right to cancel a tour in cases of Force Majeure (including natural disasters, political instability, or unpredictable events), or if we determine that a client does not meet the necessary physical or mental conditions to participate in the experience, even if the reservation was initially accepted.
AMENDMENTS TO CONDITIONS
Guate Magic Tour reserves the right to change the terms of these Booking Conditions at any time.
